MessageOOC: I propose that each province has a Provincial Parliament so each province legislator would simply be called Parliament of Kenai.
a member of the Parliament would be called an MP
the leader of the province would be called a Premier or First Minister

I believe that Adelia should have a different status as it is the province were our capital is. so I'm proposing it should have a legal status similar to the Australian Capital Territory or Washington DC. where they have not as much power as other legislators. so it could be called Legislative Assembly of Adelia
a member of the legislative assembly can be called either AM or MLA
the leader of Adelia would be called Chief Minister

MessageOOC: I support this idea in general although it will only impact on roleplay - of which hardly any at all is done in Hutori.

However, I object to the title "Parliament" for these legislatures. "Assembly" would be better (and the title for legislators being MLA) as it clearly shows that they're inferior to the national legislature (Hutori is no federal state at the moment!).

I don't think Adelia should have any special status either. I think maybe the capital city should but not the entire province.

Good to see someone thinking creatively. :)
