The People's Conservative Party presents to Parliament a bill to lift the ban on Child Labor in Hutori. Upon approval from Parliament the following regulations will be put in place to ensure safety and protection of a minors rights:

(1) For non-agricultural jobs, children under 14 may not be employed, children between 14 and 16 may be employed in allowed occupations during limited hours, and children between 16 and 18 can be employed for unlimited hours in non-hazardous occupations.
(2) A number of exceptions to these rules exist, such as for employment by parents, newspaper delivery, and child actors.
(3) Minors will not be allowed to work in hazardous jobs and will have the same minimum wage standard as adults.

MessageWe are all for children actively engaging in out of school hours employment such as helping the family business grow, paper deliveries, however they must not interfere with the child's schooling in any way.
