MessageNo, no and no! No hard-earned taxpayers' money for foreigners.

Why do we throw away all of this money? You know they never give it back. Never. I've written 25 letters to the Ibutho government asking them to give us back the money we've given them, and each time when they've replied they've refused to agree to pay us back a penny. Disgusting!
