Voting deadline: October 3957

Description[?]:

This bill is being proposed by MP Landry C. Wayne of the Civic Party. This bill would lessen the restrictions on immigration. This bill would allow the Federal Republic to accept all foreign immigrants to reside permanently in the Federal Republic as long as they can achieve citizenship within three (3) years of permanent residency. This bill would give the Ministry of Justice and the HFPS the power to monitor all foreign immigrants who reside permanently in the Federal Republic. This bill also allows the Federal Republic of Hutori to set quotas on how many foreigners they accept from each foreign country. All foreigners would be required to submit to a background check and health assessment as part of entering Hutori, those who would pose a significant threat to the safety and health of Hutorians could be denied entry at the discretion of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

MessageMr. Speaker,

We strongly support these reforms, as it is very necessary to keep undesirable races out of the country.

We request a further amendment to the legislation, to ban people with HIV/AIDS from entering.

Random quote: "When we allow freedom to ring, when we let it ring from every village and every hamlet, from every state and every city, we will be able to speed up that day when all of God's children, black men and white men, Jews and Gentiles, Protestants and Catholics, will be able to join hands and sing in the words of the old Negro spiritual, 'Free at last! free at last! thank God Almighty, we are free at last!'" - Martin Luther King Jr.
