Message | Mr. Speaker, The Federalist Party is a Pro-Life Party and while many take that to mean only with regards to the unborn we are more liberal with the definition extending it to mean all persons. So that precludes us from supporting this bill and we would also like to point out that rehabilitation has been proven to be more effective than deterrents in this regard. Lawrence Harding MP (F) |
