Bill: Deposit into the International Terran Bank

Details

Submitted by[?]: Labour Party of Hutori

Status[?]: defeated

Votes: This bill is a resolution. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Voting deadline: November 3966

Description[?]:

We propose that Hutori deposits a sum of 1,000,000,000 HLR into the International Terran Bank annually, with the option to increase/decrease the sum deposited depending on our economic situation. Currently, we have an annual surplus of 5,127,669,066 HLR, so this would not hurt us in any way financially.

MessageCommunist Party of Hutori announcement:

The International Terran Bank is operated by capitalist pigs who seek to exploit mankind for their financial gain. It is also undemocratic as it denies parties from proposing the nationalisation of banks and industries.

Hutorians must fight this international organisation based on exploitation and greed.

MessageMr. Speaker,

We would like to apologize to the Communist party. Their reasoning while flawed is all to apparent to Federalist Party. We were actually asking the question of the Country Party.

Communist Party of Hutori announcement:

The Communist Party of Hutori would like to reiterate that diktats from the International Terran Bank violate Hutori's sovereignty. The reality is that the wishes of the International Terran Bank fall supreme over the wishes of this democratically elected chamber which is supposed to be representative of the people.

We should free ourselves from the chains we are binded by and allow the people's representative to determine or state's economic policy.
