Message | Mr. Speaker While we fundamentally agree with Article 1, we are against the other two Articles in this Bill. Zoo and Zoological Institutions are the best ways to ensure exotic animals can be researched and cared for while in the case of the latter article sometimes they are the only reason why an endangered species doesn't enter the extinct category.
