MessageMr. Speaker

We agree wholeheartedly with Articles 1, 2 and 3, though we would like clarification on a few things.

How would the divisions of responsibilities be between the Ministry of Infrastructure and the private sectors in regards to our Airports.

If public and private power stations are to stand side by side, how will it be decided which ones are kept under Government control and which ones are allowed to be sold off to the private sector.

We are however against Article 4, the current Status Quo makes sense and doesn't make sense for us to sell the National Rail Company.

MessageMr Speaker,

The division of responsibilities would be as follows:
The operations of security, air traffic control, and general management of the airports shall be vested in state corporations whereas that of cleaning, maintenance and hospitality shall be vested in contractually obliged private corporations.

As for the power stations, those that are already state possessions shall remain so, the change is that private entities would be allowed to build new ones thereby driving costs down and production up.

Any further questions as I believe we're ready to put this to vote.
