Message | Mr. Speaker, Disregarding the fact that most of these articles are unrelated to one another and therefore have no place within the same bill, we find these proposals abhorrent. Indeed, the only sliver of good we found in this ludicrous bill was Article 3, regarding foreign investors in national companies. All other articles would violate the very fabric of Hutorian society. You wish to create a national religion in a country where a third of the population is nonreligious, and many more view religion as a strictly private matter. You wish to allow companies to corner certain markets indefinitely, cutting out all possibility of competition. You wish to essentially outlaw a woman's right to choose, by repealing early-term abortions. We will not stand for this. We strongly oppose this bill, and encourage other parties to do the same. Samuel Williams Chair of the National Democratic Party Former President of the Federal Republic of Hutori |

Message | Mr. Speaker On principle we oppose any Omnibus Bills and we won't support the passing of it only because it affects far too many things throughout Hutorian society.. regardless of whether we support it on the whole or not. Senator Arianna Woodbury (R-AD) Leader of the Royalist Party |
