| Message | Mr. Speaker, To counter that argument, I would ask why central government should have such a vast array of powers. Concentrating power into the hands of one body is extremely dangerous and undemocratic. If Ardinians and Khodorians have different views on different issues, why shouldn't they be allowed to set laws which suit their individual needs? In regards to the proposed military policy, we will expand on this proposal in the next legislature. For example, we are considering proposing the creation of a "Defence Council" in which each region gets one vote.
