| The Supreme Court of the Federal Republic is the highest federal court of the Federal Republic of Hutori. Established pursuant to Article VIII of the Constitution of the Federal Republic of Hutori, it has ultimate (and largely discretionary) appellate jurisdiction over all federal courts and over provincial court cases involving issues of federal law, plus original jurisdiction over a small range of cases.
