Message | Mr. Speaker, While we aren't exactly ethused at the idea of this proposal we are willingly to hear Senator Snow out. Is there going to be any supervision or regulations to make sure that these PMCs don't grow too large? Fundamentally, this seems like a very very dangerous idea; allowing militias to operate as profitable corporations. How long is it before we are fighting these PMCs within our borders. One might be lead to believe this is a move by the Monarchist to make the Republic vulnerable and as a move to try to kill the Republic from within. Ultimately I don't believe it would be in the best interest of literally anyone to see this bill get passed. Senator Adam Clooney (L-FS) |
