MessageMr. Speaker--In a time of imminent crisis, why must our police wait for the slow, drawn out process of a court hearing? Lives can be in danger, and we need our police and law enforcement to act without haste. Certain protocols may require time spent in court that often our servants don't have to lose on procedures. We must allow for police in extreme cases to act, and this bill will do that.

Random fact: Party candidates for head of state elections are not visible to the public. This means that you cannot see who will run and who will not, which adds another strategic element to the elections.
