Message | Mr. Speaker-- Upon inspecting the document, we discovered that our very own Scott Warren of the Federalist Party was cited as a Union Executive, despite Hutori not ratifying the treaty (see Act 1, Section 2, Line Item 2). We find that something must give--either Hutori fully embraces the ITC, or Senator Warren leaves the ITC and stops representing the Federal Republic on such international matters. Sen. Larry Zintro (U-KN) |
Date | 14:39:00, July 13, 2016 CET | From | Liberal Party of Hutori | To | Debating the S.U. 28-5 (Resolution): On the Ratification of the International Terran Union (ITC) |
Message | Mr. Speaker We find it alarming that the Liberal and Federalists Parties have been representing our nation abroad without first approving the ITC Treaty through the Senate or even approaching the previous Minister of Foreign Affairs seeking ratification or at least alerting the Honourable Gentleman to inform them of said membership. If the Senate pushes to adopt the ITU then we will also be openly questioning why it is that several members of this Senate are hostile to our joining the Northern Council Treaty. Senator Alexander Woodbury Leader of the Royal Conservative Party of Hutori Senator for Groomsbridge, Adelia |
Date | 20:09:11, July 13, 2016 CET | From | Federal Heritage Party of Hutori | To | Debating the S.U. 28-5 (Resolution): On the Ratification of the International Terran Union (ITC) |
Message | Mr. Speaker, There are no Federalist Party advisers, executives or any other officials tied to the ITU. Mr. Warren is a member of the Liberal Party and the Federalist Party is opposed to several conditions of the ITU. One of which being that it would limit our ability to mange our currency and by extension our economy among other issues. Senator Jared Holt (F-AD) Federalist Party Leader |

Message | Mr. Speaker We apologize to the Honourable Gentleman to the Federalist Party. It would seem the ITU has misrepresented who Mr Warren was affiliated with in Hutori. Senator Derek Archibald RCP Foreign Affairs Critic |

Message | Mr. Speaker--we apologize to the Federalist Party for the confusion but still demand an answer from the Liberal Party. ooc: yeah my bad I was coffee deficient when I was writing it and read it incorrectly. |
Date | 22:29:49, July 15, 2016 CET | From | Labour Party of Hutori | To | Debating the S.U. 28-5 (Resolution): On the Ratification of the International Terran Union (ITC) |
Message | OOC: Former Senator Scott Warren of the Liberal Party upon leaving public office accepted a position as Union Executive of the ITC. However after careful consideration Senator Warren felt Hutori would not benefit from being involved and resigned. I withdrew from the group and Aberdeen has yet to edit it to remove both myself and RIS from the page despite us not really being involved with the ITC since it's beginning. |
