Bill: Cabinet Proposal of November 4061

Details

Submitted by[?]: National Party of Luthori

Status[?]: passed

Votes: This bill presents the formation of a cabinet. It requires more than half of the legislature to vote yes. Traditionally, parties in the proposal vote yes, others (the opposition) vote no. This bill will pass as soon as the required yes votes are in and all parties in the proposal have voted yes, or will be defeated if unsufficient votes are reached on the deadline.

Voting deadline: July 4062

Description[?]:

Mr. Speaker,

I introduce the National Independence Democratic-Conservative Coalition (NIDC) Cabinet Proposal of November 4061. The opposition now has a rare opportunity to band together and restore order to the Diet, government, and this country. Let us not squabble among ourselves but seize this opportunity.

MessageMr Speaker,

We will happily vote for this Cabinet. Excluding the muttering idiots in the soon to be previous goverment. We will bring back order and i have full Faith in the soon the be prime minister Peter Brown. This proposed cabinet will be able to rule Luthori with a steady hand to prevent another coup.

MessageMr. Speaker,

I take offense on behalf of my party at the statement made by the CR. Let us not forget that the IDP has continued to be very much in line with your conservative values and as the moderate party of the previous government, voted to support new elections. It is becoming harder to find reasons to support anything having to do with the CR when statements like that are being made.

MessageMr Speaker,

We have long time warned about this party and its greed for power. Wilma's CR is the worst and most disgusting thing you can ever find in Luthori.
We found their true nature previously, and now IDP has discovered it.
With time, the participating parties will see what sort of power hungry the CR is.

I yield,

It was your government that this coup happened under. I am not power hungry but obviously the Falangels are.

MessageMr. Speaker,
Based on what I have just seen proposed, that was loosely based on a conversation I had about creating a new cabinet. I am supporting this new cabinet and hope that the members in it see that the IDP is truly working for the people of Luthori.

MessageMr. speaker,

We wish the new cabinet all the success. As long as the infamous idiot Wilma is not PM, we are ok with that.
History will say that Falanges were the party who kicked Wilma out of the PM. This makes us proud.

MessageMr. Speaker,

No the coup didint happen, and it has been stopped, thanks to the security services led by our minister of Internal Affairs supported by the civilian Falangists Blackshirts.
We were able to stop the coup.

I yield

MessageMr. Speaker,

There was no coup. That was false information being spread by the Falangists. Any so called suspected couplets were merely being falsely accused and then harassed by Falangists black shirts.

(OOC: RP established laws and constitution have to be respected unless they are overturned by 2/3s majority. As its stated clearly here http://classic.particracy.net/viewbill.php?billid=465986
The Internal affairs isn't even the head of the national security branch in Luthori. The Emperor appoints the head of that branch. These laws were put in so Luthori isn't RPed like a unstable developing/third world country. A staged coup would need to overturn these important laws, and I don't expect that to happen any time soon.)

MessageAnyways, good luck for the new government.
Now we can happily be in opposition and proposed the laws without any restrictions, most of which are nationalistic, socially conservative, religious, social democratic and federalist.
Good luck again NPL, ASD and LIP

Random fact: Any RP law granting extraordinary "emergency powers" or dictator-like powers to a government must be passed by at least a 2/3rds majority, but (like all RP laws) may always be overturned by a simple majority vote of the legislature.
