the government of Beiteynu is deeply alarmed and concerned by the proposed actions. The treaty which is currently discussed, provides for cultural exchange between our two nations. But as every other nation we are confornted with challenges and tasks which every nation has to solve in accordance with the popular will within the nation. We don not beleive in talking into the internal affairs of any other nation. Furthermore, i must conclude that friends and partners do not have to be completely similiar but often derive their combined strength from the tolerance against each other.
