MessageMonopolies in some aspects of the economy is very encouraging for companies to keep settling in our country because they can protect they're ideas and products.

In other parts of the economy we won't allow monopolies for the reason you gave.
This bill is only effecting specific sectors of the economy where monopolies can be encouraging.
