Proposal[?] to change The government's policy concerning diplomatic immunity.
Old value:: The government grants no diplomatic immunity and foreign diplomats are subject to arrest and prosecution and civil action under all laws of the host nation.
Current: Diplomats are exempt from prosecution for criminal acts but not from civil lawsuits, but may still be expelled because of criminal acts.
Proposed: The Government grants full diplomatic immunity and foreign diplomats are protected from arrests and prosecution from all laws and are protected from civil lawsuits, but may be expelled.

Message | We will vote against this, every person in Hutori should be held responsible for their actions, especially foreign diplomats. If they don't want to follow our laws, then don't come here, very simple. Besides, why need foreign diplomats when you have telecommunication. |

Message | Mr. Speaker, Not every country has modern telecommunications nor is an embassy's sole function that of communication. It also allows for their citizens to be help by there own government. It provides a place to process legal documents and other such amenities. They are not exempt necessarily from the law either their government could simply allow us to prosecute them or in certain circumstances we can prosecute them without their government's approval.
