MessageWe will vote against this, every person in Hutori should be held responsible for their actions, especially foreign diplomats. If they don't want to follow our laws, then don't come here, very simple. Besides, why need foreign diplomats when you have telecommunication.

MessageMr. Speaker,

Not every country has modern telecommunications nor is an embassy's sole function that of communication. It also allows for their citizens to be help by there own government. It provides a place to process legal documents and other such amenities. They are not exempt necessarily from the law either their government could simply allow us to prosecute them or in certain circumstances we can prosecute them without their government's approval. If the HPP would like to know more I would suggest that they do some research on the subject.
