| This bill seeks to posthumously award the title of Knight Officer to General Justin Bishop for his efforts in the Great Terran War. He served Hutori valiantly and in part due to his efforts the continued exist of the Hutorian state was secured. |

| Message | Mr. Speaker We do not deny General Bishop's efforts in thr Great Terran War and not his particular efforts during the Battle of Heinrichgrad however we can't support his ascension to Knight Marshalhood. The only current holder of the title, Dame Arianna Woodbury, stood as Minister of Defence during the entirety of thr 15 year war, serving 3 seperate Presidents, managed to broke two separate Alliance's during it, and was essential during the peace negotiations at ending it. General Bishop, who we completely agree and would argue were one of the two most successful Hutorian commanders of the war we think would be more suited to Knight Officer, an honour we would gladly and openly endorse and support.
