| Article I.) Candidates running for Public office at the Muncipal, Provincial or Federal Level are not allowed to accept donation contributions of any kind from any form of organization, union or corporation. Article II.) Individuals are not permitted to donate anymore then 300 HLR per month to any candidate, or political party. Article III.) All Campaign Contributions need to be reported to the Federal Election Commission or any Provincial or Muncipal Affiliate every year. Article IV.) The FEC has full authority to perform an audit on Campaign contributions to any candidate or political party. |
