Message | Mr. Speaker We'd ask the HPP to prove that. The law would stop wealthy citizens from unduly affecting elections by enforcing donation limits. A 3,600 HLR limit a year to a Candidate or Political Party allows Hutorians from all walks of life to support their political beliefs, with the benefit of wasting public taxpayer money on election campaigns.
