Article I.) AUTHORITY OF PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION Section 1.) Following the passage of this Bill all matters for the Funding, charging and administration of Public Transportation will be devolved to individual Muncipal Governments, or Provincal Government should no Muncipal Body be available. |
