Message | Mr. Speaker, Alliances are good but fickle things. One minute an ally could become an enemy. As such the Hutorian Socialist Party opposes all international arms sales. Let us keep the lid on the flow of weapons from our country. Hutorian weapons are currently and should always be used by Hutorians to protect Hutorians. They should exist for no other purposes than that. Jill "Red Jenny" Jennings Revolutionary Comrade of the Hutorian Socialist Party |

Message | Mr. Speaker, We understand the HSP's concern however, many of our alliances are not "fickle". For instance we have been close allies with New Endralon for over a century. We must help them defend themselves and uphold our obligations. Furthermore, they are critical to our long term foreign policy. Random fact: When it comes to creating a Cultural Protocol in a Culturally Open nation, players are not necessarily required to provide a plausible backstory for how the nation's cultural background developed. However, the provision of a plausible backstory may be a factor in whether Moderation approves the Cultural Protocol if players in surrounding nations question its appropriateness for their region of the game map. |
