Status[?]: passed

Voting deadline: January 4136
Description[?]:
I was contacted earlier by the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Owan Jackson, of Hutori. He has expressed interest in the construction of an International Space Station, in partnership with our nation and Istalia. If all three countries contribute, the estimated cost would fall around 50 billion HLR. The estimated dimensions of the station are 350 feet by 240 feet, with construction taking around 5-10 years. - Jacob Knapp, Chair of the PEP |

Random fact: In cases where a party has no seat, the default presumption should be that the party is able to contribute to debates in the legislature due to one of its members winning a seat at a by-election. However, players may collectively improvise arrangements of their own to provide a satisfying explanation for how parties with no seats in the legislature can speak and vote there. |
