Bill: Cabinet Proposal of September 4150

Details

Submitted by[?]: Hutori Socialists

Status[?]: defeated

Votes: This bill presents the formation of a cabinet. It requires more than half of the legislature to vote yes. Traditionally, parties in the proposal vote yes, others (the opposition) vote no. This bill will pass as soon as the required yes votes are in and all parties in the proposal have voted yes, or will be defeated if unsufficient votes are reached on the deadline.

Voting deadline: May 4151

Description[?]:

Both all progressive and all conservative Cabinets have failed. A conservative-dominated, with the National Progressives and/or the New Democrats have also failed. This Cabinet fixes all the elements of the failed proposals: no Proletarians as some see them as too extreme, and no Liberal Democrats because some disagree with their hard anti-immigration stance. This puts two left-leaning, one centrist, and one right-leaning party into the Cabinet. This ensures that all Hutorians are represented.

The Socialists are necessary because the conservatives cannot form a coalition on their own or with NPP and/or NDP. Considering the Proletarians aren't an option for some parties, the Socialists are necessary to fill the void. The Socialists won't form a Cabinet with LDP, and the Nationalist Republicans aren't enough to form a Cabinet. By default, the remaining parties in addition to HSP are NPP, NDP, and the Feds.

What are the Defence and Foreign Affairs goals should the offered Senators be confirmed for their position and how they will interact with the President considered his lethargism and seeming lack of Government style for his past Terms?
