Old value:: Criminals are always allowed to vote, regardless of whether they are in jail or not.
Current: Criminals who are charged with minor crimes are eligable to vote, others charged with serious crimes are not.
Proposed: Criminals released from jail are allowed to vote after a certain period of time.

We believe, though, that criminals should be able to vote as soon as they are released from jail, not after a certain period of time.
