Message | The proposed national anthem lyrics has the word "Germany" in them as opposed to Dorvik. Also I prefer the flag design with the stars added on the side, but I'm good with the proposed one here. Regions don't have an Engish translate beside them like other features, and I'd sooner stick nearer the 400 mark for seats. |

Date | 17:54:45, February 13, 2017 CET | From | Konservative Union | To | Debating the Constitutional Reform of November 4165 |
Message | ooc: i wanted it to be more like real-life Germany, which does not have a round number. |

Date | 17:58:04, February 13, 2017 CET | From | Konservative Union | To | Debating the Constitutional Reform of November 4165 |
Message | ooc: to justify it for the rp we can say that one representative is for 165 thousand citizens, and if we would implement proportionate voting system it would be more realistic |
Date | 18:11:06, February 13, 2017 CET | From | Vorwärts Republik! | To | Debating the Constitutional Reform of November 4165 |
Message | OOC: I can't see an issue with thes proposals, I'd write up a longer post but I'm on mobile at the moment |
Date | 18:31:45, February 13, 2017 CET | From | Fortschrittsvereinigung | To | Debating the Constitutional Reform of November 4165 |
Message | OOC: To keep continuity I'd recommend a translation for the HOS too. As for the seats I'd rather keep it much lower, nearly 600's too much |
Date | 18:32:17, February 13, 2017 CET | From | Fortschrittsvereinigung | To | Debating the Constitutional Reform of November 4165 |
Message | OOC: Also I'd advocate an odd number to avoid deadlocks. Maybe something ending in a 5. |
Date | 18:35:22, February 13, 2017 CET | From | Konservative Union | To | Debating the Constitutional Reform of November 4165 |
Message | ooc: number of seats was reduced to 495 and the translation was added |
Date | 20:24:00, February 13, 2017 CET | From | Fortschrittsvereinigung | To | Debating the Constitutional Reform of November 4165 |
Message | 495's better, an odd number and would take us back nearer the original figure. From a small government party though, I'd recommend something more like 425 or 455. |
Date | 20:29:50, February 13, 2017 CET | From | Konservative Union | To | Debating the Constitutional Reform of November 4165 |
Message | ooc: well, i think that the number of seats does not have a lot in common with the size of the government. we want to form a more federative state and its a common known fact that federations have bicameral parliaments which means more seats. I know that we cannot have two chambers in the game so we can rp that with more seats in the bundesversammlung. |
Date | 21:16:29, February 13, 2017 CET | From | Kommunistische partei | To | Debating the Constitutional Reform of November 4165 |
Message | Ooc: why 2 chambers? How would that roleplay work? Because isn't hard to find something that 9 parties has to agree on? |
Date | 21:22:28, February 13, 2017 CET | From | Konservative Union | To | Debating the Constitutional Reform of November 4165 |
Message | ooc: once again, there will be one chamber called bundesversammlung. just one. no two chambers. what i've mentioned is only a tendency that a federal states have more seats in their parliaments diue to the fact that they have two chambers in it. the game mechanics does not allow two chambers and there is going to be just one chamber but with increased number of seats. |
Date | 21:36:24, February 13, 2017 CET | From | Konservative Union | To | Debating the Constitutional Reform of November 4165 |
Message | Dear Members of probably the last session of the State Council, the voting on the most important bill in the last couple of decades has just started, therefore I ask you to cast your votes. Our citizens count on You. Heike Grossberg, President of Dorvisch Republic. |
Date | 21:39:21, February 13, 2017 CET | From | Vorwärts Republik! | To | Debating the Constitutional Reform of November 4165 |
Message | OOC: so regional chambers based of the results in each area? |
Date | 21:45:30, February 13, 2017 CET | From | Konservative Union | To | Debating the Constitutional Reform of November 4165 |
Message | ooc: that's a reform we have to implement later in the future because now we have a equal representation for each region. we can change it to proportional system which will maybe differ the number of seats in regions. |
Date | 21:46:11, February 13, 2017 CET | From | Vorwärts Republik! | To | Debating the Constitutional Reform of November 4165 |
Message | Ooc: Mhm that makes sense, only if populations actually varied massively |
Date | 21:53:16, February 13, 2017 CET | From | Konservative Union | To | Debating the Constitutional Reform of November 4165 |
Message | ooc: yes indeed, it may vary the seats by one or two. |
