RECOGNISING that education is vital to the future of the youth of the Democratic Republic of Ikradon.

ADDITIONALLY that education provided in a dedicated institution with dedicated staff is superior.

THEREFORE Education is to be compulsory and has to happen at authorised educational facility run by authorised educational professionals.
