MessageWe are willing to compromise on this and vote yes, however this should not be interpreted as our support for the death penalty in any circumstances, and we will still push for complete abolition in the future.

MessageThe Socialist Party wants a total abolition of the death penalty. However, this proposal is a step in the right direction, and therefore SP will support it.
