Message | "This is an illegal proposal. The BRRP is the only party that can propose a cabinet at the moment, they have made their first one, now they will propose their second one soon." -Jess Young, UPB Congressional Leader, MC. |

Message | "The UPB's comment is completely untrue as it is legal for any party to propse a cabinet, as was voted for against the UPB who voted for a cabniet proposal to only be allowed by the President, and if the UPB does need more evidence i suggest they look at the law: The constitutional right and responsibility to propose a cabinet to the legislature. Each party can propose a cabinet coalition. Alternatives: Only the Head of State can propose a cabinet coalition. Only the largest party can propose a cabinet." -Brian Proctor, Vice President. |

Message | I accept that we made a mistake, and would however like to point out with the utmost respect that so did the BRRP as it states that " The largest party will have the first opportunity to propose a government." and the BRRP is the joint seond largest party, i think its safe to say mistakes have been made on either side and we should all accept that we where in the wrong and move on." |

Message | It also allows the party controlling Head of State to form a government |
Date | 17:35:15, April 04, 2017 CET | From | Republican Party | To | Debating the Cabinet Proposal of October 4190 |
Message | The BRRP did not make a mistake. They are the only party allowed to propose a cabinet for now, as they are Head of State as President. If their proposed cabinets fail three times, I am then allowed to propose the cabinet as largest party in the nation. Since we are in a Presidential system currently, the Labour Party is *never* allowed to propose a cabinet as third largest party. We would go to an early election in the case that the BRRP's cabinets fails three times and the largest party's cabinets (mine) fails once, I believe. The number of times that a cabinet proposed by the largest party can fail is ambiguous, so I am assuming once. This is covered in Section 2 of the Government Procedure Act. http://classic.particracy.net/viewbill.php?billid=509506 |

Random fact: In cases where players introduce RP laws to a nation and then leave, Moderation reserves the discretion to declare the RP laws void if they appear to have fallen into disuse. In particular, please bear in mind that a player who is inexperienced with Particracy role-play and has joined a nation as the only party there should not generally be expected to abide by RP laws implemented by previous players who have been and left. |
