| WHEREAS individuals have been incarnated for committing crimes. AND RECOGNISING that these individuals are a drain to the states resources and should contribute back to the state and utilise the time of their imprisonment in a way that is beneficial CONSEQUENTLY able bodied prisoners shall be put to work during the day time in order to work of the debt and costs that have incurred to society. They will be protected under anti-exploitation and worker laws in so much as is possible with regards to their current state, the recognising the fact they are prisoners. |

Old value:: Prisoners are interned and do not work in prisons.
Current: Prisoners can do certain jobs in prison, voluntarily, for a small wage.
Proposed: Able-bodied prisoners have to work during the day.
