| Honoured members of the Assemblée Nationale, Recently, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs has analysed all possible candidates for a security coucil seat. This investigation has lead to the reccomendation of the following nations: Seat A: Luthori Seat B: Istalia Seat C: Kalistan Seat D: Hutori These nations all have experience in the security council and have proven to be capable leaders.
