| - Parti Démocratique National Lourennais - Founded in June 4185, Larosiere (Luçande) Officially recognized in June 4187, Thiers-Noel (Louives) ______________________________________________________________ The PDNL has always done and shall always do everything within their power to further develop our great welfare state by doing the following: ♠. Creating a society with more then 70% highly educated people. I) investing in our primary and secondary education and subsequent education, meaning that we've got to increase the share of the Ministry of Education and Culture (Ministère de l'Education et de la Culture) in our national spending bill, to make sure our plans and ideologies can be realised. II) Expending the different education levels such as primary, secondary and subsequent education, so that schools can handle more students. To prevent that classes are getting overloaded, we're going to build new schools with more classrooms. Also, we'll set up a program which will make the educational sector much more attractive to operate and as a result of that, more teachers will be hired. Eventually, these steps will increase the percentage of high(er) educated people. ♠. Further developing and improving our health care system. III) Creating a public health care system which is accessible for every single inhabitant of Lourenne and highly regulate private hospitals, to make sure the best medics (GPs) are available for every single Lourennian and to make sure all clients will be treated and nursed as best as possible. IV) Also, we think it is necessary to increase the share of the Ministry of Health and Social Services (Ministère des Affaires Sociales et de la Santé) in our national spending bill, to make sure that our plans can be realised. V) Giving every single family with children benefits to make sure that every single family with children is supported by the government, which will save the inhabitants in the long and short run a lot of money. ♠. Making sure there are enough jobs now and in the future. VI) Contracting with private corporations to create and maintain jobs to make sure there will be enough jobs to fill in now and in the future for all Lourennian, so that they'll be assured of a minimum income alongside their reasonable, though not high, alimony which is funded by the government. VII) Contracting with labour unions, to make sure the work conditions and the labour agreements will be the best as possible. ♠. Secure, protect an defend our society, our ideologies and our borders. VIII) Maintaining an army which is owned and funded by the national government, to optimalize our border security. IX) Maintaining a national police force, which is also owned and funded by the national government.
