Bill: 10/4203 Bourgeois' Civil Tax Free Lourenne Revolutionary Act
Details
Submitted by[?]: Parti Démocratique National Lourennais
Status[?]: defeated
Votes: This bill proposes to change income taxes. It requires more than half of the legislature to vote yes. This bill will pass as soon as the required yes votes are in, or will be defeated if unsufficient votes are reached on the deadline.
Voting deadline: June 4204
Description[?]:
[OOC:] For our nation, it is impossible to benefit from taxes, as our nation is yet 'unfinished'. Of course this is a sad and embarassing thing, we most continue to develop ourselves. Therefore, we would like to introduce you all the Taxes Free République Lourennais. Because it doesn't matter anyway, why don't we just abolish the taxes with one bracket set on 1% tax (to keep an eye on it, if it somehow miraculous updates itself)? |
Proposals
Article 1
We propose to alter income tax brackets to the following setup. Information about the current income tax system can be found here.
Bracket | Tax | Estimated Revenue |
> 100 LFR | 1% | 0 LFR | Total | 0 LFR |

Message | OOC: It might not be processed quite well in the game mechanics, but our tax system still represents the way we are as a country (progressive, equal etc.) I see the joke, but this is rather serious. |
