MessageMr Speaker,

The consistency and continuity between the SNP's proposals absolutely baffle me. They want to spend more money on regulations for higher education, stifling innovation and choice, yet they also want less of it to be subsidised for our young; effectively they want us to pay more for worse education. This is silly and unnecessary, we vigorously oppose.
