Our citizens will be safer with a strong public healthcare, private clinics will be regulated more strictly in order to guarantee Malivians optimal health. This bill will also ban smoking indoors so that people would smoke less and they would be healthier. Pharmaceutical rights should be free for everyone but with this bill those low incomes won't pay anything and the other would pay a part depending on their wage and economical situation. |
