| Mr. Speaker, the Conservative Union ask the Federal Assembly to elect as the President of the Federal Assembly. Mr. Gabbel has been the chair and member of the Committee on Foreign Policy of the Federal Assembly from 4210 till 4214 and member of the Committee on Intelligence, Security and Public Order since 4201 until 4210. During that time he has proven his abilities and vast knowledge of law and we believe that he is the best possible choice to be the President of the Federal Assembly.
