Description[?]:

This proposal seeks to increase Hutori's agricultural output in a sustainable manner and to provide securities for local farmers.

Article 1)

Upon this bill's passage it will provide funding for education of farmers and other agricultural producers in sustainable agriculture. This includes information on crop rotation, nitrogen fixation and other sustainable farming methods.

Article 2)

To reduce water consumption, help prevent water logging and soil salinity upon this bill's passage it will provide funding for a grant system. This grant will be aimed at farmers currently using the flood irrigation method and will provide funding for them to switch to a drip based irrigation system.

Article 3)

Holders of Transgenic Organism Patents are forbidden from suing agricultural producers who practice seed saving and whose crops have been accidentally cross-pollinated.

Article 4)

Farmers who have accidentally cross-pollinated crops can legally sell their produce however, they may not engage in the sale of said crop's seed.
