Message | Mr Speaker, Of course. Article 4 would interfere in the free market. If a corporation, company or body can create, sustain and supply a monopoly, so be it. Article 5 would open ourselves to rampant strike action. Why should i get to strike because my mate gets paid less and we are in close Trade Unions. I should only stike about my own pay and conditions, I can support my mate without hurting my own business, especially since businesses can fire people who go on strike. Article 6 is about democracy. A trade union should be able to muster and get the support of at least half its total membership before taking union wide action. Article 7 believes DWC's are politically motivated and proven ineffective in the business world, especially when corporations paying our low corporation tax can provide, sustain and expand so much more. And these are our reasons for wanting to protect the country. If they removed these articles, the bill would have RCP support... you could even present a second bill with these article attached for a seperate vote, which we will oppose but the House may decide otherwise. Message | Mr Speaker, Article 4 prevents the free market system from being controlled and tampered with - it is necessary for the sustainability of the free market ststem. Article 5 allows workers to go out on strike in solidarity with the working conditions of others - something the Holy Luthori Church would support. Article 6 - if turnout in Luthori reached below 50% would it not be undemocratic to declare the election invalid and for the previous parties to continue to govern? Article 7- if people wish to form a DWC then they should not be blocked from doing so. Rebecca Rees CA-BC Speaker |

Message | Mr Speaker, Article 4 would allow the Government to control and tamper with the free market. Article 5 would not gain the support of the Church in our view, because it would open the floodgates to crippling strikes, job losses and a collapse in services, especially essential public services. Article 6 is a different matter, if the Capitalist Alliance want to discuss turnout thresholds in elections, we are willing. But on strikes, an action that can lead to job losses should be supported by membership. If it is that important, surely the members will vote. Article 7, of course they should be, to protect the economy, jobs and services. Marquis Dale Weston Leader of the RCP |

Message | Mr Speaker, Many of the Articles in this bill are highly progressive and the Federation supports them, mainly the ones involved in the breaking of monopolies and the legalisation of Democratic Worker's councils. However, we cannot support child labour, EVER, under any circumstances, regardless of the bribes. The Masked Man, Delegate Leader of the Anarchist Federation |

Message | Mr Speaker, We will not support any change to our trade union laws. |

Message | Mr Speaker, You'd much rather have children who are not academically inclined sit around at home when they could be productively contributing to society? Surely this is not very 'anarchistic' Rebecca Rees CA-BC Speaker |
