| First, we would like to congratulate the PCL with becoming the biggest party in Lourenne again and we would also like to congratulate Mme. Duval with her presidential victory! Furthermore, we think that Lourenne can be governed at its best when we make clear arrangements about which decision should be made by local government and which decision we prefer to be taken by the politicians here in Thiers-Noel, to prevent any form of obfuscations to make sure that Lourenne will be governed at its best!
