4 x Bunker class Auxiliary vessels, to replace the HNS-Guardian & HNS-Shieldbearer currently in service
18 x Liberty class Destroyers

Under the Naval Expansion Plan, the Mashacara class Destroyers currently in service would be phased out in favor of additional Liberty class Destroyers. The Mashacara class Destroyers would be moved into the Fleet Reserve or De-Commissioned depending on their status and upkeep.

The HNS-John Graham would replace the HNS-King William III with 2nd Fleet out of Port Prosperity.

The HNS-Arianna Woodbury would replace the HNS-Queen Sarah with 1st Fleet out of Axminister.

Both Queen Sarah class Aircraft Carriers would be either sold or de-commissioned failing to find a buyer interested in them.

The 4200 Class AAS (current working name) will each be assigned to 1st and 2nd Fleet with a Marine Expeditionary Group assigned to it for rapid deployments.

The Protecteur class Replenishment vessels would be retired and de-commissioned due to age.

All other ships would be assigned to Fleets and Battlegroups on an as needed basis.

Random fact: When it comes to creating a Cultural Protocol in a Culturally Open nation, players are not necessarily required to provide a plausible backstory for how the nation's cultural background developed. However, the provision of a plausible backstory may be a factor in whether Moderation approves the Cultural Protocol if players in surrounding nations question its appropriateness for their region of the game map.
