Message | Mr Speaker, We could support Article 1 and 4, we want free tuition and we want pre-school educational centres. We cannot support 2 or 3. Article 2 looks to impose heavy regulation and it unnecesarry. Article 3 bans selective schools which we authorised to give parents choice in their educational institutions.
