We affirm the that is the right of the people to negotiate for better wages and or conditions. That the right to negotiate is a fundamental part of the enterprise that is the free market, that is essential in finding a competition market wage. Article 1) It is the right of citizens to individually and collectively negotiate with their employers to receive better wages and conditions. Article 2) Negotiations must be done by the individual and their employer or an authorized representative. Article 3) A corporation, company or cooperative may not deny employment or punish employees based upon the exercise of this right. |
