Article 1) The inviolability of private data and letters can only be breached by the ruling of a judge. Article 2) The inviolability of private data and letters can only be breached in cases in which the crime(s) committed involve a felony. Article 3) The contents of the private data and letters can only be revealed to the prosecution, judge, defense and jury. Article 4) The contents of the private data and letters can be transcribed for the records of the court. However, said records cannot be made public. Article 5) Anyone who violates the aforementioned articles can be charged with breach of confidentiality. |
