Hereby we propose the second part of the plan to restore the assembly.
We want to rename the Assembly the Staatsrat and get rid of the Assembly.

This will be a major step for Dorvik and we will move in the right direction once it passes.

MessageOOC: the complete idea of federalism was pretty stupid in my opinion. We were just a replica of modern day germany instead of creating our own system or keeping the republic.
