| This bill seeks to apply Free Market economics to our currency and to further define the Federal Reserve. Article 1) The Hutorian Lira is allowed to float within acceptable limits. Article 2) The Federal Reserve is allowed to purchase and sell bonds in order to keep the Lira within the fluctuation limits. Article 3) The Federal Reserve is allowed to adjust government interest rates in order to control inflation and deflation Article 4) The Federal Reserve is allowed to set the amount of money a banking institution can lend in relation to how much it has. |
