Use of land mines is a military policy related to the past, and also is ineffective, expensive and, most of all, dangerous for our country because a lot of mines could be unexploded and buried for years and this may invole extremely serious damage to Hutorian people or Death.

The SLP is quite misinformed, modern landmines are only used as a defensive measure something which they excel at and they are equipped with tags that allow them to be quickly recovered by allied forces. Furthermore, it is standard Hutorian military procedure to remove landmines at the end of a conflict. So all the points raised by the SLP are thoroughly invalid.
