(This bill was proposed by the senator Tracey Watson) This bill seek to create national rules on the the daily and weekly working hours. Provisions; Article 1.1) It's shall be up to the ministry of Trade and Industry to create the rules about the daily and weekly working hours. Article 1.2)The ministry of Trade and Industry will have the right to change the working rules at its will. Article 1.3) The ministry of Trade and Industry can enforce different working hours policy for different economic sectors if needed. Article 2.1)The weekly working hours impose by the ministry of Trade and Industry shall never be below 32 hours or above 45 hours. Article 2.2)The daily working hours imposed by the ministry of Trade and Industry shall never be below 6 hours or above 14 hours. Article 3) The weekly working hours will be regulated for a regular week. Which mean that overtime and sick leave will be calculated as normal hours. |
