Bill: Reintroduction: Auspicious Term Limit Act
Details
Submitted by[?]: θ²θ±ε (Lotus Party) πΈ
Status[?]: passed
Votes: This bill asks for an amendement to the Constitution. It will require two-thirds of the legislature to vote in favor. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.
Voting deadline: September 4262
Description[?]:
The former government had changed the term limit from 2 years to 6 years. 6, which is similar to θ½ (OOC: 'decline', or 'go down') is a very inauspicious number. We propose changing the term limit to 5, which is similar to the five elements of Indralan philosophy (Water, Fire, Earth, Wood, and Metal) and as such symbolizes great power. We must align our country with Jienist principals as to forge a democracy with a mandate from heaven. |
Proposals
Article 1

Old value:: 72
Current: 72
