| In the passage of this bill, we wish to return Indrala to an era of strength and stability as a unified empire. Feng Xinyue Chancellor of Indrala Article 1 (Election of the Emperor):- In order to ensure stability within the Indralan political system, the Emperor will be elected by the nobles of the country. Any and all members of each nationally recognised noble family will be eligible to vote in these elections, provided they are over 21 years of age. Article 2 (Imperial Name):- The name of the nation shall be changed from "瑩大磖國 (State of Indrala)" to "大瑩大磖帝國 (Empire of Great Indrala)" to reflect our changed structure. |

| Message | No secret meetings have been held. All meeting between government ministers and the any interest groups is a matter of public record. For example, this week the Education and Culture Minister met with the leader of a headteacher's union. Noble titles will be conferred in line with history and tradition, something the Lotus Party would do well to respect.
