Bill: Our vision- a plan for an independent Ananto

Details

Submitted by[?]: Ananto Independence movement

Status[?]: defeated

Votes: This bill is a resolution. It requires more yes votes than no votes. This bill will not pass any sooner than the deadline.

Voting deadline: April 4323

Description[?]:

In the event of Ananto gaining the right to independence then this plan should be enforced to prevent disruption in the post independence world.

Please note voting yes won’t be a vote for independence. Just a vote for a reasonable plan in the hypothetical event of independence.

Article one: Kalistan would give Ananto an approximate sum of 6 billion rubles as a “parting gift.” The money would go towards a healthcare system or education the money would be given back if used unreasonably.

Article two: A two year process would begin immediatley after independece is declared. This process would allow time for negotiations and the construction of a parliament etc.

Article three: Kaliburg would continue to be the capital of Kalistan ,still part of Kalistan and abiding by Kalistani law but in Ananto. Ananto would impose minimal border controls to protect both sides from danger.

Article four: Ananto’s new capital would be decided upon by popular vote.

Article five: Ananton soldiers in the Kalistani army would be invited to join the new Ananto armed forces, which would include an army, navy and airforce.

Article six: Laws would be made in what ever way Ananto and her people choose, be it by referenda or a parliamentry system.

Article seven: All existing Kalistani law would automatically become Ananton law and then Ananto could process it themselves.

Article eight: All existing Kalistan-Ananto agreements would be up for re negotiation in the two year period described earlier.

Article nine: All issues not covered in this bill would be decided upon in the two year period after a declarationof independencwe.

More coming soon.

MessageOOC: you’re not wrong however this would mainly be RP I suppose. I don’t suppose new nations can be created but it’s not needed. Similar things have been done before.
